Mother's Day Out, or MDO, is a free monthly ministry for families with children ages 0‑7. The first morning is Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Why MDO?
A practical way to love families.
Parents and caregivers carry a lot. Mother's Day Out gives families a few hours once a month to rest, run errands, or take care of practical needs while their children are loved, watched, and welcomed by the church.
There is no cost and no registration fee. We do ask families to sign up before each monthly MDO so we can prepare enough volunteers, snacks, supplies, and space.

9:00 AM to noon
The first MDO is Saturday, July 25, 2026. After that, MDO will meet one Saturday per month.

MDO is designed for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children through age 7.

What Happens After I Sign Up?

MDO is license-exempt and built to follow insurance requirements, safety best practices, and background checks for all MDO volunteers.

Someone from the church will confirm the monthly date, arrival details, and anything your child should bring.
Check in at 9 AM
Arrive at Rocky Cross and check in with the MDO team. We will help you know where your child goes.
Pickup is at noon
The morning includes Bible, play, crafts, snack, and lunch. Pickup is at noon unless the team confirms otherwise.
